Consumer

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, by email or letter). You may use the model cancellation form below, although this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts).

  • Alcoholic beverages where delivery is delayed beyond 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control.

The right to cancel also expires for:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if unsealed after delivery.

Please note: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned once the protective seal has been removed.
