1. Online Store Operator, Scope of Application and General Information

The online store www.nutrizean.com is operated by NUTRIZEAN e.U., Inkustraße 1–7, Staircase 3, 2nd Floor, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria, via the cloud-based e-commerce platform Shopify®.

NUTRIZEAN e.U. is registered in the Austrian Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) at the Regional Court of Korneuburg under registration number FN 644622z. The owner is Katarina Holecek.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of www.nutrizean.com in all language and country versions, as well as to all orders placed through the online store. Any terms and conditions of the customer that differ from these GTC shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by NUTRIZEAN.

Austrian law shall apply, excluding its conflict of law provisions and excluding the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Orders may be placed from the European Union countries to which NUTRIZEAN delivers. The available delivery countries are displayed during the checkout process.

The contract language is German.
